Looks like I'm staying in Houston for 4 more years! I'm mildly disappointed but I know it's going to be a great 4 years. Might have to go ahead and try to run next January since I've got an automatic entry.

Congratulations! Houston is a good town, and I happen to know some folks in the area that are cyclists (and sometimes runners) who just moved down there from Chicago if you're looking for some input on 'how to move to Houston'.

I've actually been here for school for the past 4 years, so we're just going to be looking for a new place. Thanks though!

Thanks everyone. I think disappointed is the wrong word...I know I'll get good training here. I'm just not as super stoked as I would have been for a couple other programs. This place has been good to me though and I'm content. It also makes moving a lot easier...

I've got a race in my hometown the morning of IMTX but I'm coming back to town and I want to be at the finish line. One of my classmates is also doing it. So, maybe we can gtg the next day or something - not sure what your plans are.

Congrats on matching even though it wasn't your first choice! I'm not leaving til Monday so I would love a Sunday GTG (if I'm mobile/alive)
