I have been lurking on ML and posting a little bit here and there, so I thought it was time to introduce myself. Here are the basics about me, feel free to ask me anything else.
I have been married for 6 years this month.
My H and I are currently TTC baby #1.
I am an Engineer for a major US airline. H is also an Engineer and we work for the same company and sit a few cubicle rows apart from each other. (A lot of people think this is crazy.)
I enjoy hiking and am constantly training for the next big hike. In April, H and I hiked to the river and back in the Grand Canyon.
My ideal vacations include traveling to National Parks or going on cruises!
We do carpool to work together. That is nice because it saves gas money and wear on our cars.
We eat lunch together occasionally. We usually just bring our lunch from home and eat at our own desk.
No holding hands or anything like that in the office. We stay very professional at work. Some people have worked with us for a few months before realizing we are even married.
My husband is British and I feel like we need to start focusing some vacation time within the United States, he's seen nothing.
I love Yosemite National Park!! It is near Fresno, CA. I have been to that one three times (more than any other National Park) and I have to force myself to try new ones instead of going back there. Let me know if you decide to go there and I can give you some tips for where to stay, what to do, etc.
Thanks, it was pretty cool. If you ever go to the Grand Canyon, I definitely recommend going down into the canyon, even if you do it on a mule. The canyon is much more beautiful from down inside of it than from the top.
