I decided to go Garminless for my oly today so I could turn my brain off and go...and that's exactly what I did! I'm pretty sure my time was around 2:46, which is a 5 minute PR, but I have no clue what my splits are and I'm not so patiently waiting for them to be posted.
Congrats on the PR and going Garminless. That takes real guts! I am waiting for the official HM results from yesterday and they are taking forever. I know I PR'ed but I like to know how I did compared to the rest of the field.
Just posted! Swim was 30 minutes (I knew it would be slow because I have had lots of shoulder pain so I took it easy) Bike was 1:27:xx I'm pretty disappointed. I know I need to get faster Run was 46:10 - thrilled with this!!! Overall 2:47, so a 4 minute PR
That run split is faster than my stand alone 10k pr
You're amazing girl! There's no good bike split if it's followed by a walk - nothing wrong with holding back a bit (not to say your bike isn't fast, just to say that you obviously balanced your strength for a stellar race).

So true! I honestly didn't even think about this! Thanks
