Fri: 2 Mile Run. I increased my pace for the 2 miles to start some interval training. Sat: rest Sun: 4.5 Mile Run. Felt good and only took 2 walk breaks which is good for me.
Friday - 5 mile run Saturday - 5 mile run + SUPing on my NEW BOARD Sunday - surfing

I got a Fanatic Fly All Around HRS 10'0. Best of all, I got an on the beach SUP locker across the street from my house so I can go door to on the board in like 5 minutes.
ETA: It was quite a long road for me to get an SUP - remember how I ordered two from San Diego last year that arrived to my house completely crushed? I'm so stoked that I finally got one! It is a 2012 model (shown), not the new graphics, but it was a few $$$ cheaper, so...duh.

Love it! A SUP locker - amazing! Putting the rack on the car, loading them up, unloading, and then storing them is such a production! What a perfect setup. I remember it being an ordeal - I'm so glad you're all set up now!

I had my 5k on Saturday. Remember in the other thread where I said that it wouldn't go well, I'd probably walk most of it and I was sure I wouldn't PR? I just wanted the medal?
Yeah, I lied. I ran most of it and ended up with a 51-second PR (on a slightly longer course than my last PR, according to my Garmin). Woot!
