I didn't see a weekend workouts thread yet. What exciting workouts did you accomplish this weekend?
I'm going to be a big ol' bragger:
Saturday: swam 36 laps, 55 minutes of indoor cycling, and then I ran 3 miles on the treadmill (this was sort of a mock triathalon with a few people from the gym)

I need to brag too because I can't hold it in anymore.
ON SATURDAY, I SQUATTED 200 POUNDS! I've been working on this for what feels like forever. I have no doubt that part of it is the diet my nutritionist has me on. Over 8 weeks, we've increased my daily cals by 40% with a net gain in body weight of only 1 pound (and a big decrease in cardio).
Saturday: CrossFit with friends, then some heavy squatting and a long walk Sunday: CrossFit (5 rounds, :15 on, :45 off box jumps, pullups, burpees)
I need to brag too because I can't hold it in anymore.

Wow - strong work!! How many total calories do you aim for each day?
I have to brag too! I PR'ed my half on Sunday, 1:46:40. It's not an easy course either so I was pretty happy with that time.
Friday: 5 mile tempo run, massage Saturday: Rest Sunday: Half marathon (Garmin clocked it at 13.21, so my pace was 8:04). Wahoo! Going for sub 8:00 pace in the fall.

I'm aiming for 1830 or so a day this week. We started at 1325 (i was eating even less than that before this program with the nutritionist started...and that was very ill-advised) and are building to around 2000 before we cut back a little to cut the fat off of me. 145 g of protein a day, no matter what!
F: Run 3.1 miles (Friday 5k 'race' which I will do every Friday for the next 27 weeks) S: Rest - but man, I need to figure out something to do on rest days, I get so cranky S: Run 9 miles 11:30
Other than the fact that I'm pretty sure I was unintentionally peeing myself a little bit the entire time, it felt great. As out of shape as I must be, it was way easier than running with an 8-months PG belly!

Fri - 4 miles Sat - rest Sun - 12 miles
Minor AW: I'm really pushing for a sub-2:00 half in 3 weeks. My 10 mile long run was at 9:39 pace, last week's 11 was at 9:27, and my 12 was at 9:24. While they weren't easy, they weren't impossible runs either. I'm really hoping I get it this time, but two loops of hilly Central Park is making me nervous!
We woke up to fresh snow and cold temps yesterday, so I opted to do my long run on the treadmill. 10.5 miles and 2.5 shows of Gossip Girl later, I was done.

Friday - 3 miles on the treadmill Saturday - rest Sunday - 3 miles thru the neighborhood, it was hilly and I didn't push myself and I was close to my 5k PR, I'm hoping to smash that PR in 2 weeks
Ran a 5k on Sunday I woefully undertrained for (soccer is not training, no matter how much I think it is!) but completed in a not horrible time so I consider it a success.
S: first run after my half last Sunday. I made it 1.25 miles before feeling queasy--I think my blood sugar was too low or something. Walked home. 2.25 dog walk at the park later.
Sun: Great 3 mile run around my in-laws neighborhood. The weather was perfect and the change of scenery was needed!

Saturday we had a group session/GTG with all of the competing groups from my fitness competition thing I'm in. We did two classes, plus a quick little relay competition thing.
Sunday was a rest day, but I did a ton of work around the house, and my back is sore today.
