Do you wear calf compression sleeves when you run? For what distances? (like if you are going more than X miles you will wear them but don't feel it is necessary for a shorter run?) Do you feel they help during your run or aid with recovery? How snug should they be? With sizing, if you fit in the top of the range they give, do you go with that size or with the next size up?
I have a pair and I wore them for the first time on my long(ish) run this past weekend. I think they helped, my calves didn't feel as tight afterwards.
I guess I am just looking for others opinions. Sorry this is kind of ramble-y
