Has anyone purchased from MAC online?

I placed one order three days ago, and it's still "pending." I placed another order today.

I may be spoiled by Amazon and their two day shipping for Prime members, which is how I order so much stuff, but I'm kind of annoyed that three days later my first order hasn't shipped. I think I should have just gone to a MAC counter.

Weird. I usually pick the free "normal" shipping and they are the fastest. I get my order within 1-3 days.

Well, I figured it out. SOMEONE HAS BEEN USING MY CREDIT CARD!! WTF. I logged into my account to see if MAC has charged my card yet, and I have all kinds of crazy charges. This has happened once to me before, and the bank froze my credit card for suspicious activity.

$2,000 was charged to my card for "Bibles for Israel"!!! WTF?

This means I'm about to have a couple other online purchases bounce back since I made them after the MAC order.

I guess I'll be disputing some charges tomorrow!

Oh no! Glad you caught the fraud!

And FWIW, I never order directly fromMAC online if I can help it. Their prices are $2 higher/item than in store or at other online retailers (like Nordstrom) that are authorized to carry MAC.

The last time this happened to me, someone made a donation to a Veterans non-profit (I wish I could remember which one) in MY MEMORY! I got a letter from the organization thanking me for the donation in memory of Mrs. GoDawgs. I was super creeped out by that one.

The last time there was also a charge to Vistaprint, and I got a Vistaprint t-shirt in the mail.

Like I said, you can still buy online (I go Nordys because of the free shipping) but once I figured out the price thing I stayed far, far away from MAC's website.
