B: ww bagel thin w/PBJ, hot tea L: 1/2 sandwich on ww, 1/4 serving leftover cheese tortellini w/marinara, blueberries, Greek yogurt D: veggie chicken nuggets, rice pilaf or cous cous, broccoli or maybe out S1: ww crackers S2: Granola bar E: Either 22 mile hilly group ride or 60 minute trainer ride. The wind is supposed to be 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph. That's a bit much for me.
