I wish that nurse had her hair pulled back! (same thing bugs me on cooking shows but it's even worse!)
Dr. Oz is like able on this show. I just wonder what it's really like being a patient of his. I bet it's impossible to get follow ups and you probably see his colleagues more than him.
I had no idea Dr. Oz actually still operated. I thought he had just gone total celebrity. The only thing I missed was an update on the patients at the end. I was so sad for the guy with liver cancer that they had to close back up
I really liked the show, but I like those types of shows.
I thought Dr. Oz was more personable in the show. I thought he made a great point about a patient coming in without a loved one meant they were more likely to be isolated and wouldn't recover as well.
Vomit in the eye = gross. But the sex question was hysterical, especially since it was from the guy's ex-wife.
I really hope that girl sees her fiancé admit to getting a blow job before she walks down the aisle.
What? I need a summary!
I think that was the guy who came in with measles. He didn't get vaccinated because of his religion. But he was in Vegas for his bachelor party and admitted that there were multiple strippers and "contact but not full on sex."
De Oz looks like an elf or he belongs on Star Trek with those ears of his. I liked him on this show though-really nice and caring Dr. The measles thing was pretty funny but the best part was when the Dr was asking if Christian Science religion is the same thing that Tom Cruise is in-haha!
bcv513: that guy ended up getting the liver after they determined there was no cancer it. yay!! And, they showed him dancing at his daughter's wedding.

I think she was talking about the other guy--in the first episode, they were supposed to remove part of a man's liver, but leave him one of the lobes. When they got in there, they realized there was cancer in he lobe they were supposed to leave him, too. They had to close him up and they told his family he only had about 6 months. It was really sad.
I do love shows like this, but they also make me cry every. time. They also make me feel incredibly blessed that I'm graduating from nursing school in two months and will be a part of the medical profession. It's an awesome field.
