I ran 5 miles today in the rain/wind/mist, I walked a bit but not nearly as much as I used to walk. I did 3.75 miles yesterday on the treadmill. I actually feel pretty good after the two runs.

One of my best coworker friends has been giving me a hard time for a while about my work clothes being too big. I've been running on the regular for about 15 months but haven't lost weight (pounds) and any toning has been super gradual. I finally realized she was right and bought a couple of new dress slacks, down a size (now 8, down from 10). Woot!
P.s when I told hubs I needed new smaller pants, his reply was, "can't you just eat more?" Lol

I clocked 18 hours this week and 17 hours last week. I feel like I am getting sick AGAIN, but my body otherwise feels really good, and I am so thankful.
