I've been doing P90X but I haven't stuck with it at all. Working out from 5-6:15 or 6:30 AM is apparently my personal version of hell. So by "doing P90X" I really mean I manage to get my ass up about 4 times a week.
Is 3 the same stuff condensed to half an hour? Am I going die? Bonus points if you've completed it and can give me motivational stories.
I have it and have been doing it in the mornings for about 2 weeks. I don't have a pull up bar, I use resistance bands. I think it is a good workout. I still do a couple kettlebell workouts and throw in a run or two each week.
I still want to try T25 and see which one I like better.

T25 is completely different than P90X. It's pure cardio where P90X is more weight training. T25, to me, seems like a watered down version of Instanity. It's good, but more geared to a beginner level. But some of the work outs are challenging, just differnt than P90 or Insanity.
