Who is reading "Shadow of Night"? *no spoilers*

The 2nd book in the All Souls Trilogy by Deborah Harkness came out yesterday. I was wondering if anyone else was eager like me and started reading it.

Just started it this morning! I must have been first in line on the library wait list.

I enjoyed the first book but wasn't blown away by it; I may just have been in the wrong mood for that book at the time. After I finished it, though, I found I had a hard time getting it out of my head.

As a literature and history lover, I'm interested to see the portrayal of Elizabethan England in this one.

I've been undecided if I should try this series or not. I think I'll download the first one.

I just started this yesterday, I really enjoyed the first one so I have high hopes for Shadow of Night. I haven't gotten "hooked" yet on this one, but so far so good!

It took me awhile to get into it, but I'm about 80% done now.

Ugh, I want to start this so bad! I have it downloaded on my Nook Color but I've got a ton of library e-books that I'm trying to get through before they expire.

I swear, my holds always come in all at once and when I have something else that I really want to read.

I just finished it. The first part was pretty slow, IMO, but then I was hooked. I liked DoW better, but it's worth a read.

I'm getting ready to start it. I didn't initially realize it had been released, so I have one other book I'm trying to finish first. I'm really looking forward to Shadow.
