Fri: 3 miles on the TM and DH and I took a TRX class on the cruise ship - pretty cool:) Sat: planned rest - on airplanes all day Sun: 3 mile run outside:) plus I cleaned the house all morning.
F: planned rest S: 15 (12 miles on TM, and 3 miles with my running group for a meet & greet welcoming newer runners) S: 3 miles and 2 hours jumping up and down at the Kentucky V Michigan game.
Friday - rest Saturday - 5 miles complete with a mini heart attack cheering on the Badgers later on Sunday - 11 miles which were surprisingly better than I anticipated, but still sub-par
F: Day off, spent evening on couch w/heating pad S: 30 miles on the local rail trail (it rained on the way back in. We wanted to do 40, but I got cold.) S: 20 mile easy mountain bike ride
Friday - rest Saturday - 20 miles @9:23 with last 2 miles at 8:50 & 8:33. This was a good one! Sunday - 5 easy recovery miles, almost 10:00 pace. 55 degrees out & I finally ran in shorts outside. Amen!
Friday - rest Saturday - soccer tournament, 6 20-min games; advanced by the skin of our teeth Sunday - soccer tournament, 2 30-min games; shocking upset over the #1 seed in the first game then lost in the semi-finals

Friday- 3 miles Fri Night/Sat Morning - midnight adult roller skate lol. (would not recommend it right after a run lol) Saturday (day)- rest Sunday - 6 miles in the wind/rain. And even though I did an out and back I still had to battle a headwind in both directions..wth?
