B: ricotta with blackberries, pear if needed, tea L: salad topped with tuna, olive oil and vinegar S: cuke and hummus D: homemade pesto pasta with chicken and broccoli E: crossfit (14.5!!! On my 7th day of crossfit. It was nice knowing y'all, I might die tonight.)

I'm going to try to be more accurate with my portion sizes over the next couple of months and see if I can drop that last 5 pounds.
