It was a weird month with a sinus infection thrown in there. In my off season months I like to see as many hours of working out as days in the month. I just missed it this month, about 2 hours short. No bad for having been sick.
I can't wait until H's heavy travel season is over... Like in June or something. I'll take it consider that he was gone for about half the month. It is hard to get in good workouts with DD.
Bring it March was successful! 260 miles. <) (hot)
Pay off April, maybe??
Definitely!
What was your peak mileage? You basically beefed up Pfitz 18/55, correct? Added more mileage, but didn't do his 18/70?
Yeah, it was pretty Pfitz-ish. I added a couple miles here and there, maxing at 60 and sticking to 5 days of running a week. I have stayed pretty healthy (knock on wood), so I'm afraid to move to 6 days. Ending a month on the day a taper starts helps

260 is impressive no matter what day it ends!
I'm not too sure about the idea of ever regularly running 6 days a week during a plan either. I've done it once or twice, but not consistently. Decent mileage can be run on 5 days (obviously, look at your mileage). Now for 70+ miles, 6 days (or 2-a-days) might have to happen, but LOL...not doing that.
I think I'm going to beef up his 18/55 if I do a fall full. I'd like to spend more time in the 50-60 range, than I did the last time I peaked at just over 60, but I have no real desire to see 70+. I think I'm going to do a mash-up of previous plans.

I only had 17.4 miles, but considering that I had a sinus infection and bronchitis this month and only had like just over 5 miles last month I'll take it. Now that the weather seems like it's finally going to turn and the days are getting longer I should be able to get more in.
Run: 23.31 miles Bike (real bike, not gym bike): 28.9 miles
And, the reason why the other 2 categories are so low: stupid gym bike, 244.75 miles. At least we won the effing challenge though. lol. I sang "we are the champions" while foam rolling my quads and ass on the day we won lol.
92.7 miles running. My goal was to hit 3 digits every month this year so I've already failed at that - I skipped 2 long runs. I did manage to hit the gym 2x/week all month and I'm almost done with NROLW stage 2.
123.5 miles, mostly on the road. I had my full earlier this month (and a random half I threw in there) but other than that, I was just puttering around the roads and the mill.
