B: coffee, yogurt w/granola L: corn chowder soup D: pulled pork with steamed carrots S: I completely forgot to get anything for snacks but I have plenty of yogurt if I need it. E: Walk an hour. When I get a jogging stroller I plan on walk/running on my non-Crossfit days. For now it's just walking.
