I'd love for you girls to give Smo and I some feedback on how you would like the board moderated. I personally would like to be conservative on deleting or modifying posts, unless the board prefers otherwise.
When do you want a post to be deleted?
When would like a post to be modified? (For example, in the Amway post, I just took out the girl's link rather than deleting the entire post. As long as this doesn't happen a lot, I personally don't see the need to delete an entire thread).
Are you okay with the guideline that links to etsy or online shops or business websites are fine in a signature, but no direct posts pimping a poster's business?
Do you care about cursing? (I'm pretty sure I already know the answer to this one, lol)

I agree about deleting at the poster's request. I don't mind Etsy or Ebay listings since they keep a level of anonymity and safety for posters, but think links to home party sites similar to 31, Scentsy, Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, Arbonne, or the sex toys ones should be deleted to keep the poster's privacy protected. Those links often include phone numbers, addresses, last names, and other information. I understand the poster is willing to put that out there, but may be considering their wallet more than their family's safety, especially if they have family photos in their siggy. I don't find mentioning, "I sell blank" wrong, but feel like if someone wants to find a rep here PMing is the best way. Keeping privacy intact was a big issue on TN and I think we can do it better here.
Unless it is spam I don't think it needs much deleting. We are all adults, we can handle cursing. Perhaps if it is a mean-spirited attack on another user but I never saw that with these ladies so I don't think it is a problem.
idk. Looking at that Amway post, how do you ladies feel about having SPAM or Seller Post or something of that nature in the title. That way you don't click unless you want to know.
For me, if they're regulars or people that post enough, or have more than 2-3 posts, I'm fine with them selling stuff. The people who are like "Is this dress too sexy for my daughter" I would rather just delete their title and write in SPAM instead.
I don't know if that is strong arming my mod role, but that shit is annoying.
