Ouch to both the Icy Hot and the soreness, but welcome! The pain goes away, I promise. Although after 14.5 (Crossfit Open crazy workout), a soccer game of my own after a month off soccer and Angie (one of "the girls", which are benchmark workouts) in 24 hours, I feel like I'm right there with you back in my first week of CF because everything hurts. I'll skip the Icy Hot though!
