MRI scheduled for next Friday. Second round of pt starts next week! I'm now planning on what I'm going to do when I feel better! I'm thinking of taking the summer off racing but still training and doing a few solid months of crossfit,I'd like to get stronger and lean down. And hopefully sign up for Whistler 2015 at the end of July 2014.

I'm hoping for a rotator cuff tendinitis diagnosis. Lots of pt and massage. And no surgery to go through.
I got tendonitis in my rotator cuffs when I started playing lacrosse. I was a lifetime soccer player that started playing lacrosse in high school, and my shoulder muscles were just not enough to provide stability to the area. I am glad you have a diagnosis and I bet your PT will get you back in top form in no time!
