Biking in Walnut Creek CA

I need your help

I will be visiting a friend in Walnut Creek over the weekend I really want to go bike riding and I am looking for some suggestions in the area can anyone recommend a route I really want to just relax and sightseeing :-) this is been one of my long-term "things to do"

Are you talking a long road ride or a just slow and for fun ride? We have the Iron Horse trail, which goes all the way to Pleasanton (20 miles).
Riding up Mt Diablo is NOT easy but its beautiful right now. How far/hilly do you want?
