Thanks ladies! Am just back now. Was a bit sad yesterday seeing all the runners having finished, but was also nursing a small hangover.
Sadly I got food poisoning last night - and very unfortunately before a four hour bike ride. Yikes Was very happy to get back to the hotel afterwards, that's all I want to say about that.
The sun shone most of the time and it was a brilliant weekend. I'm planning on getting my trainers on and getting back on the road this week. Nervous to ay the least. No expectations, just going to see how it goes. Then if it's a total fail, come back and grab my bike.
