On the 17th I have an upper endoscopy scheduled to be tested for Celiacs. I had been trying to eat gluten free but when I scheduled it last week they told me to start eating it again so the test won't be messed up. I am already in pain and I still have over a week left to wait. Not to mention the additional irritation of my pants getting tight etc. Plus I'm so afraid the test is going to come back negative and we'll end up at square one trying to figure out what is wrong.
For those of you that have been through this/are going through this/ Do you have any tips for helping to stay comfortable during this time? I want the test to be as accurate as possible but their must be something I can do to limit the pain etc.
I know it's uncomfortable, but if it is Celiacs, you want to make sure it's a positive result. Drink lots of water, take your vitamins, and ride it out. (Oh, and eat pizza for me. I miss a good crust!)

I figured I'd just have to wait it out... Lol I missed pizza soooooo bad! DH is being a big help and making sure I get most of the favorites I've been missing out on
Biopsy tested normal for celiac and H Pylori. However the bloodwork that they did showed I am anemic, vitamin D deficient and my white blood cell count is up. So I have a follow up appt in a few weeks to see where we go from here.

Thank you for asking
Oh no! I hope you find some answers soon
Thank you! I was pretty pissed when I got the results but the good news is I've been off the gluten again for about a week and a half and I'm already starting to feel better.
