I have a totally random only moderately H&F question

Pregnancy has made me super super sensitive to the sun (more so than usual which is saying something.)  I'm definitely going to need a rash guard top to make it through the summer here.

Here's my dumb question.  Do you wear a bra with these?  Wear them over a regular suit top?  Do they make any with built in bras?  Because braless is ohsonot happening.

One of my students last summer wore hers over a tri-specific sports bra, but most people just put them over their suit.
