B: ww bagel thin w/White Chocolate PB&Co. PB & Smuckers Natural Grape Jelly, Starbuck Venti black tea w/2 Splendas L: Catered lunch at work. veggie sandwich on white roll (no wheat available), good scoop of potato salad, about 5 bites of carrot and raisin "salad", 1 big cup sweet tea (the sugar buzz was bad. I don't usually drink sweet tea, but that was what was available) D: burrito from my favorite burrito place-tofu burrito w/rice, black beans, salsa, & sour cream, unsweet tea S1: ww crackers S2: 1/2 granola bar E: 21 mile ride w/ 3x5 minute intervals. Easy spin the rest of the time.
B: hardboiled eggs, tea S: oatmeal L: salad that I planned S: greek yogurt D: lean cuisine, then a grilled cheese when I got home since I was still hungry
E: none, DH told me that someone was stopping by so I went home instead of the gym and I can't hear the door where my treadmill is so it didn't happen. Oh then DH never told me the guy wasn't stopping by so I skipped for no reason.
