B: oatmeal w/ plum, cinnamon, blackberries and some trail mix, coffee and hot tea L: salad w/ cottage cheese, greek yogurt w/ berries S: apple E: walking to dinner - I have after school meetings and I ran yesterday D: DH wants to go out - burgers or tacos
I hate this traveling...I have no set meal plan, am at the mercy of what they feed me, and I am exhausted now since this is day 9...
Breakfast is a tea and a blueberry muffin. Hopefully a snack at some point! Lunch is...? Dinner is out with the Drs. I am here with, their choice. Then on to Second City Comedy Club Exercise is not happening today, as I work from 7-5:30 and dinner is at 6.
I can't wait for my normal routine back on Sunday!!

E: none most likely. I need to pack and clean the house since we are going away for the weekend. If I can I will try to fit in a quick interval workout.
