Is this the workout where they tell you to ease yourself into it, right before they tell you to do 90 jump squats? Because really, I mean WTF? Lol
Lol. I don't remember that but I definitely cut some of the reps down so that I didn't die!

I'm not sure if it was this exact workout, but the guy was all, "Let's ease into it. You don't want to do too much too soon. This is a jump squat....now do 6 sets of 15 reps, w/30 sec rest in between." ::cue clseale laughing, turning off workout, and going for a run::
I'm going to look at it again, but divide everything by 2. Lol
