How are you all? I'm back for good, I think (hope). I started running again a few months ago, and I feel like the running bug has finally bitten me again. I am back to my pre-baby, half marathon running weight of (gulp) 3 years ago! This time around, the weight loss has all been thanks to weight watchers. I actually think I can get back to well below my earlier weight when I was running 20 miles per week. I never wanted to commit to the diet changes I needed to make to get lower (um, give up fast food), but my diet now is so good that I don't think it will be an issue. Also, I have up diet coke 2 months ago and haven't looked back. I feel fantastic these days and am hopeful that running will go smoother and faster this time around.
