I'm starting Stage 3 after work tonight. NROLFW veterans, how much is this going to suck? I'm dreading 3 (3!) 90-second planks after the torture of only doing 2 for 60 seconds each in stage 2. And the body weight matrix at the end of workout A. Oof.
Or, I guess to put a positive spin on it, how much of a badass will I feel like after I finish this stage?

Haven't ever gotten that far, but I do know that killer hard work like that makes you feel like a total badass. So yeah, it'll suck, but you can get through it and live to tell the tale while flexing your killer biceps.

Yes, I'm not looking forward to that, either. That was one of my favorite things about Stage 1-- how short the workout was. I get antsy about the clock.

Holy fuck buttons. I did it. Well, most of it. All 3 90-sec planks. Couldn't make it all the way through the BW matrix, though, so I did all the squats, all the lunges, and 5 lunge jumps and then repeated that. My time got better in the second set, at least.
