absolutely! this sounds awesome...although i'm concerned with thew hole circle of life thing...what eats the jelly fish? will there be a decrease in bugs, which means decrease in birds, which means decrease in pollination, decrease in plants, etc?

There's actually kind of a jellyfish problem. The rising ocean temperatures have led to explosions on jellyfish numbers in a lot of parts of the world and is increasing the environmental imbalance. So finding a use (and reason to harvest some of that overabundance) might actually help things a bit.
