I'm so impressed by this insanity. I ran into a classmate at the gym yesterday who is also doing IMTX and both you and chw57 are way more on top of training than he is - it made me feel mildly concerned for him.
Oh shoot Maybe he was sandbagging? I write this out and it seems like a ton, and I am exhausted, but I certainly don't feel prepared. I know that I am based on the plan, but when I finish a 6 hour ride, I don't feel marathon ready!
I think he'll end up being fine, he's a pretty good athlete in general. He's still on rotations so I think he hasn't had as much time as he thought he would at this point.

Schedule for the week? Monday - 10mile ride Tuesday - 3 mile run + 9 mile ride Wednesday - x mile ride - depends on how I feel Thursday - 4 mile run Friday - 3 mile run Saturday - x mile run - ride to a nice pub I think! Sunday - 6 mile run
Any issues or vents? First week back - am rusty with running technique and my legs hurt. But it won't be like this for too long, I hope!
AW's or highlights from the last week? My AW is that I'm back running - that's a comeback after 2 months forced rest. I've reduced by pace from 8:54 to 8:45 per mile already. Very happy about that. My comfortable pace should be 8:30. I'll get it. Also, I'm LOVING my bike. It's a hybrid and it's only purpose is to cycle around the country lanes of Cheshire. Seriously in love with it. We've had brilliant weather this week though.
