She's not a Trump fan because she supports Ted Cruz.
That's because Cruz was ordained by God to be the next President. He told her so. (I won't go into the saving black babies by adopting them. Maybe just a little.)
Well I'm not going to take joy in anyone's marriage falling apart, no matter how little regard I have for them. But I do wonder about the timing and the finalization of her adoption because DRC has not historically permitted adoptions to non-married individuals.
Can someone tell me what jobs she is talking about on her instagram? She said she has 3 jobs: one that pays, one that doesnt and one that will.
Im sort of in awe because 5 under 5 (or is it 4 under 5) and 3 jobs? No wonder she is self-proclaimed #bestmomintheworld
Has she finished adoption proceedings on her other kids, though?
That's what I was trying to figure out. She talks about bathing five kids in April (nursing an infant, bathing five kids, etc.), but in October she's still in DRC with two kids who aren't "home" yet and in December she's talking marital problems. I can't see all her posts, obviously, but what I do see doesn't talk about the adoption being finalized or them even being here in the US.
I'm trying to figure out the whole Water thing. Is she working to bring water for Moenda (DRC) or Water to Rwanda (the pics she posted)?
I was pleasantly surprised on the Kim Davis comment, as well as a post on white people adopting black children from HuffPo. www.huffingtonpost.com/la-sha/what-white-parents-adopting-black-children_b_8951402.html Even if she is doing it out of a White Savior complex, she's at least acknowledging there are differences that should be addressed, so that's at least showing some little bit of growth. (?)

She had one comment about how adoption is so great because it's soooo satisfying to know that you're loving this child "when no one else would." :?
That seems like a really, really unhealthy attitude to me.
ETA: here it is:
Yes. I would be lying if I said it was easy. Each stage had it's own set of challanges but like everyone else has said, it is very rewarding and to know that you're giving a child a home and that you're loving that child when nobody else would makes it worth it. heart emoticon
I didn't see that one ^^^ but ICK! and again WhiteSaviorComplex. Guess I was too busy trying to figure timelines.
I do feel bad for her re: the divorce. That should go without being said, but I feel like I have to say it anyway, as much as I tend to pick on her. Divorce is never easy, especially when it's not what you planned or what you wanted.

I admittedly stopped following somewhere along the way, but was it ever determined if she was really adopting those kids, or if it was one of those "adopt a bereft child in a far away nation!" that she was claiming as her own.
she posted an update saying her whole marriage was a lie, yikes
Off to read the post. Like, literal lie, or "it wasn't the heavenly slice of heaven I portrayed and he was a horrible beast, poor me" lie?
ETA: It reads like the "poor me, my husband cheated on me and wasn't the saint I thought he was" marriage-was-a-lie (but look at what I saint/martyr I am with my five kids under five, two of whom don't speak English, single mom executive with multiple jobs and still have time to blog about anti-vaxxing).
ETA: to modify her complex and number of children.

I don't know where you guys are getting the marriage info, but this is infuriating... She knows more than the professionals who are studying this terrible issue?!?!

I'm too lazy to look. Is it vaccines? Fluoride in the mom's toothpaste? "Toxins?"

It's a weird non-announcement but she says she is walking with all the women who are going through the toughest times with the person who promised them the most. Then she says Christian men are living for themselves. "Not even your vows can come between a man and his pride."

I wish she'd tell us what he did instead of beating around the bush. I am also curious how she gave birth without him, she says midwives are illegal in her state so she has homebirths with just him there. Who drives four hours round trip to whole foods now too?
She's basically MckMama 2.0, minus all the financial disasters, she'll be whoring out her kids to pay bills within the year.
I don't wish a cheating husband on anyone, but I'd almost bet there's more to the story. It would really suck to be a doctor, and every time a potential patient googles your name they get to see crazy anti-science shit from your keyboard warrior wife, who holds absolutely no credentials.

Even better would be the result if they googled his wife's name! (angel)
