I'm so sorry for your loss. My father has been gone a couple of years now and it does get easier. It just takes time. The holidays are honestly the hardest for me and I still have days where I see or hear something that reminds me of him and I break down. It will never be the same though. You just have to take it day by day, sometimes minute by minute, and deal with it as best you can. When I get really down about it, I try to remind myself that he is no longer suffering, or in pain, and that's comforting sometimes. ((Hugs))
I'm so sorry . I hate that people are trying to stop you from grieving because of the baby. Your baby will be fine if you let yourself have a meltdown. I hope you can find some peace to grieve as needed soon. ((hugs))

I'm so sorry for your loss.
Allow yourself to grieve and take it one day at a time. Your grief is your own, and no one can or should tell you how to do it. (Not meant to be snarky, but too often well-meaning people try to hurry up people's grieving with unintentional words)
