I am so very sorry. I went through something similar recently. I have no real advice. Just hugs and promises that it does get easier. He is always there. You'll see that in the little things. <3

I am so sorry for your loss.
You do need to take care of yourself for the baby but that means making sure you are drinking enough water. It doesn't mean you cannot grieve. I know people are coming from a good place with the advice but please don't feel guilty for being sad and needing to grieve.
Thanks guys. I'm trying to let it all out and cry when I feel like crying, but I keep getting told to relax because I'm pregnant and need to think of the baby.
Screw that. Internalizing your grief is no better and being told to relax only increases your stress. Grieve if and when you need to.
