Oh, wow, that looks amazing. I'm really looking forward to it, I hope it's more like Dragon Age Origins than Dragon Age 2. I loved Origins and have played it over and over and over again. I found Dragon Age 2 was more linear and the story wasn't really clear for most of the game. It just didn't feel as epic as DAO. This looks pretty epic.
I think I am going to book a couple of days off... I'm on a major project at work but by then most of the hard stuff should be done and I might be able to take some time off to just play. My best friend also loves the game... I think we might arrange to take the time off together . I can't wait!
I watched the trailer the other day and was interested. What other game would you compare it to? I have never played this title. Is it similar to God of War or maybe Skyrim?

It's similar to Skyrim.
Honestly, pick up a copy of Dragon Age: Origins on Origins - it's super cheap. And try it out! It's one of my favorite games of all time!

I'm SO excited. I think I'm also in the minority in that I really enjoyed Dragon Age II, despite it being more linear. I liked the charm of being in a corrupt city like Kirkwall.
Dragon Age II was an interesting case for me. I didn't think it was as engaging as Origins so I was a bit let down in that regard. Compared to other games, however, I felt it was solid. I love the franchise as a whole.
I enjoyed DA2. I thought the story was much stronger in Origins and I had hoped DA2 would have gone more in depth with the secondary characters backgrounds and everything. But overall I still liked it.
My DH teases me about Alistair. He may have a point, I just melted a little when I saw his picture. Can't wait for Inquisition. It looks like it might be more like Origins, which I preferred to DO2. So glad Alistair and Morrigan will be back, as well as Varric, who was easily my favorite DO2 character (and I imagine he is back because I wasn't the only one). The new characters on the website look pretty interesting as well. I was hoping the game would come out before school started up again, now I'll be grading papers and wishing I was playing DO3 instead...
New here... Maybe a spoiler? I tried romancing Dorian, he told me he prefers the company of men. I may make a male character to try again.
Yup, Dorian can only be romanced by men and Sara can only be romanced by women.
I may make a male inquisitor just for him!
I may have to actually use her now to attempt this. It's amazing that they have this brilliant game, yet all I care about is getting the affection of my group.
My first play thru was as a female human warrior who romanced Cullen. I'm currently on my second play thru as a male Dalish mage who I suspect will hit it off famously with Dorian once they meet.
