Me! It was my first back in 2001. They've changed the course since then and added the half, so basically I'm no help I have run the half in more recent years and think Baltimore is a great atmosphere, plus they have nice looking UA shirts. It is hilly (it is Baltimore after all!), but if you prepare it will be fine. I've heard some complaints b/c the half merges with the full and it gets a little congested. It did not bother me as a half participant. I want to run it again sometime, but it is close in date to MCM.

Great thanks for the info.
I was reading the info about the half and full merging, maybe it'll be better this year because the website made it sound like it was aware of the complaints.
I've done it twice. I love the baltimore marathon. I've either done the full, half, or relay every year since 2004. I only missed this year because I was having a baby that weekend! It's hilly yes but it's a good mix (as opposed to all downhill or flat where your quads get trashed). Typically good weather and good post race activity. That being said I have noticed from my first year to 2012 it has gotten way more crowded. I will also note that UA dropped their sponsorship. Not sure if that means potential changes or not
Also I don't like the half, but only because it starts late (9:30 ish) but because of traffic closures you still have to be there butt early. I'm weird but if I'm going to be there anyways. Id rather run 13.1 extra
I've done the relay for the past 2 years and will continue as long as my friend is organizing the team. I love love love the relay format. I think the half and full get good overall reviews as well. As noted above UA dropped sponsorship so not sure how that will impact the overall experience.

Um, as I recall Ms. Speed Demon, that didn't seem to stop you last year when you DOMINATED both of your races
Hah! Don't encourage me. I'll pass the marathon maniac status to you this year
