Bonuses from civilian job while deployed

My husbands job told him he would receive his bonuses while gone (they get them quarterly) but he hasn't received one. Is his employer required to give them to him while on Title 10 orders?

No. That's between him and his company. The orders do not clarify. What actions has he taken to notify his company that he didn't receive payment? What proof does he have that he's due for his bonus?
