I do a boot camp style class 3 times week. It has cardio in the form of jumping jacks, skipping, box jumps etc and it has strength training with weights. Is there something in the MFP database for this?
I think there's a general aerobics exercise or calisthenicsor something. I'd prob just do that to estimate. If you want a more accurate measure you'll need a HRM
