My city's airport is opening a new runway this summer. To celebrate the opening, they are hosting an 8.4k and 5k race on the runway itself.

Unfortunately I'm already registered for a different race that weekend, but it would be cool to run on a brand new airport runway.

Flat, but theres no shade either. And lots of hot . And it in July. Give me hills!!!

She said it was fun and flat, but like other people have said, no shade.

Hopeflly they start it really early
