I think if you bathed her right after it wouldn't be on her skin very long. It can't be worse than the alcohol swabs they use right before shots, could it?

Our 4 and 2 year old did this with red nail polish. Soak her in th tub for a long time, at least 30 minutes, and gently scrub with a wash cloth (no soap). It took about 2-3 days, 3 baths, for it to all peel off.
How about acetone-free nail polish remover? The Butter London nailpolish is acetone-free and seems really gentle, though I wouldn't go out of my way to buy it.
I'd probably use acetone-free remover on her limbs, followed by a bath. Warm water and light scrubbing on her face...it'll peel off her skin soon enough. Maybe some extra lotion would help, too.

I'd probably let her sit in the tub ( or pool for that matter) for a while and let it soak off her skin. As for her face, I would try the light scrubbing that pp's have suggested and if it hasnt gotten it off in a few days I'd do the non acetone remover quickly followed by washing.
I would soak in the tub and gently scrub and expect that it will take a few days of that for it to completely wear off. I would avoid using nail polist remover on her skin.
