Congratulations, what amazing accomplishments! And it's so cool that you and your H are running/training together. Having that support is so important sometimes.
How do you feel? Any tips for those of us who are currently struggling with motivation?

I feel great. I hit 100 lbs a few weeks ago. I've been so focused on the race and training, that the weight loss was a natural part of that happening (being lighter makes it easier to run faster).
I'm not at my goal weight yet. But if you had asked me before now or ask in the future, my goal is always 5 lbs. I'm always concentrating on 5lbs. Then the next 5. I think that's helped me to not think about how long it takes or get discouraged when I plateau. It's just 5 lbs.

That's awesome. I lost some weight a couple of years ago by eating better and training for races, and definitely noticed I was getting faster and running felt easier (never easy[/i], just easier the more weight I lost. I've since gained again, but I'm working on getting back to that place - reading your post is definitely helping to motivate me! Congratulations again - such a great accomplishment!
Amazing work. And now I need to get off my duff and do at least a power walk. I went to the Mariners game yesterday and was out of breath for a bit just climbing to the top level (they were giving freebies to the kids of the foster/adopt program up there and who can resist a freebie refrigerator magnet picture frame. lol.) I would love to be able to say I've accomplished even a part of what you've managed to do. Congratulations.
