Pittsburgh GTG Saturday

Let's try this again now that we're not a few weeks out.

What's everyone's plans for Saturday pre-race? I'm flexible, but have to be at a friend's house from 5-6:30 or so to 'host' the spaghetti dinner there. We should do something!

Or just throwing this out there. Hubby and I have brunch reservations at Six Penn downtown at 1 if anyone would like to join us.

I'm probably out for a Sat. GTG as we'll be going to dinner then the Pirates game.

Hello! I just thinking about this. It seems silly not to try and meet up. We plan to get into town around noon on Saturday and then go right to the Expo and then lunch or the other way around. I am then staying at a hotel very close to the Convention center so I could pop over probably anytime in the afternoon if we want to try and meet at the Expo? Or meet somewhere walk-able from the convention center in the afternoon (like meet for smoothies, ice-cream, coffee, or something like that). I have no idea what is around there. So Saturday afternoon, any time between like 1-5pm works for me.

@sessalee--you seem like the organized, planning type--what do you suggest?

What time are you getting into town on Saturday? Would an afternoon GTG at the expo or nearby work for you?  The Sat game is at 7ish.

Is your brunch post-race on Sunday at 1 pm (or Saturday)?

Sat. Is a little tight for us. We're getting into town to check into hotel, dinner res at Bravo Franco's at 5:30 then the game at 7.

I work downtown so I'm doing the Expo thing on Friday. And we can't get downtown until early evening on sat bc we're dropping the dogs off at the kennel. It's a whole production over here.

I doubt that we'll be in town by then. We'd planned to leave Saturday from my dad's in VA, but he and my stepmom are super sick with something viral and nasty. So, pass. We'll be leaving from NC on Saturday morning now. Sigh.
