What kind of shorts do you wear to the gym, or for yoga? Most of my running shorts are too short for me to wear to do squats and lunges comfortably, because I'm worried about flashing people. I have some 2:1 compression shorts, but I like to save them for my long runs. I've been mostly wearing crops/capris, and I've noticed most women at my gym do the same, but I'm wondering what others on this board do. I would like the option to wear shorts if I could find some.
When I make it to yoga, I wear crops. Something looser fitting and knee length would be fine too, but I don't have a separate wardrobe of yoga stuff, and running crops are the best thing I've got that is stretchy but won't facilitate flashing anyone.

I prefer leggings/tights/capris for yoga more because I like the tightness than to avoid flashing. I wear short shorts to lift, but my shortest ones have a liner. I don't care if anyone sees the liner, plus it's Crossfit, so if I wanted to be "fashionable" I should really be wearing even shorter, tighter shorts.

I do capris for yoga. Always tight, never "yoga pants". I have enough trouble not flashing people in shorts when I run, it would be impossible in yoga. Most women in my classes are in capris or long pants. I also find I hold poses like tree better in capris because the fabric is grippier than my skin.

For yoga I love the Gap Gfast capris (I like that they go past the knee; I can't do crow with sweaty knees). For the gym I wear shorts with the spandex/compression liner so that I'm always covered.
I wear my running crops or actual yoga pants to yoga (I won't do hot yoga though, that wouldn't work) and I wear my running shorts to lift. I don't think I've been flashing anyone, but I can't really bring myself to care either way.
