No. But only because I would run around the neighborhood where I worked and didn't have access to shower after. I just left myself enough time to cool off before I had to go clock back in. Usually I'd get a 30 minute run in and use the last 30 to cool off and eat lunch.
Depends on whether or not I'm wearing makeup. If I'm not, I might just do a quick rinse. If I am, I'll use some baby wipes, re-apply deodorant, and call it good.
It depends, if I just run I use baby whipes. We don't have a gym/shower in my building. So on days like today, that are cold and rainy, I skip a lunch time workout.

Nope, and I run on the treadmill so I am a gross mess after. I bring large body wipes (Shower Pill) and a towel to clean up and then I have access to a hairdryer so I normally dry the front of my hair and just pull it back. If I have a meeting or something in the afternoon I will skip running and doing something low key, but I go late (around 1:30ish) and most of the time I spend the rest of the day at my desk so I don't worry about what I look like.
No; technically there's one available (for our whole building), but I would just give myself time to cool off before getting dressed again. I only run outside for about half the year, though. I just stopped for the season, and will pick it back up around September/October.
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.
No never since my work doesn't have a shower. I run outside and my building doesn't have a gym/showers. So I just use baby wipes and fresh deodorant, underwear.
I'm so looking forward to starting running on the National Mall during my lunch break again once I stop pumping at work. Also we're moving to a new building later this year that does have shower facilities. Yay!

Heck no.
Half the time I show up at work after my morning run without a shower in between.
I do have ActionWipes/baby wipes stashed to use but I can usually got one run without becoming too stanky to work. Usually...until the summer heat shows up!
Eventually. Luckily I work from home so I can be a sweaty mess for a while after I'm done. If I know its going to be a while I at least change clothes so I don't get too cold though.

Yes! I stink after I work out. If I swim, I wash my hair to rinse out the chlorine. If I run, I wash the sweaty stink off my body. Then I dry my hair with a cold blast from the blow dryer. I'm still sorta sweaty and red-faced for about an hour after, but I deal. I don't run at lunch when I have afternoon meetings.
Yes. I do an intense circuit training class and sweat a lot.
I take a quick one and if my hai is curly that day I condition and wet it and it air dries. If it's straight I use a shower cap and quickly blow out any funky bends from my ponytail.

Nope. I just wipe down and add another layer of deodorant. And try not to get too close to anyone, haha.
I am fortunate that most afternoons, I don't have to see anyone. I do remember one day though, I got called to go back to court right after my run so my hair was still soaked....with sweat.
