It seems that no matter how stuffed up I am, once start working out it clears me up. Unfortunately once the work out ends, so does my ability to breath. At least I got an hour of relief.
I always feel better when I'm working out. Some of it might be mind over matter with me, but I don't care. I'm working hard and can't dwell on the fact that I feel like crap!
I also find that working out through PMS and my period makes me feel so much better. Physically and mentally.
