I have gone to 3 classes (class is Mon-Thurs) and I am loving it. Granted, muscles that I didn't even know existed are sore but I feel like I am getting an amazing workout.
There are 2 different instructors (each do 2 days), I like 1 a lot more than the other. I felt like the one we had tonight took the work out straight out of a Jillian Michaels DVD but I was still sweating my ass off so I will take it. I think this might be something I can stick with for a while!
