Right now I'm on a no clothes buying until I've lost 10lbs freeze. Then when I reach that 10lbs I'm going to treat myself to some Kendra Scott Elle earrings.
When I was eating the strictest, my reward was ONE Lindt truffle for losing 20 lbs. I had a slice of cheesecake when i lost 50. Damn, I wish I had that willpower again. My big reward was a trip to Vegas when I lost 100 lbs.
I stalled out after some medication changes and gained 15, but will go strict again after getting back on meds (metformin) next month.
I bought a bunch of new clothes when I got down to a size 8 (from a 14), but that was sort of necessary at that point. But I told DH that when (if) I get down to a 4 I am going all out. I expect to have several thousand available to buy myself a great wardrobe - not just basics from ON.
I'm also ready to get off the teamfatass train. Right now, I am using clothes as a reward once I lose the first 10 pounds. Since I don't have many clothes left that fit well or look decent (DS has ruined a ton of my stuff), I am getting desperate. I tell myself that once we move, I'm going back to running. It was a guaranteed way for me to lose 10 pounds quickly since it's just water weight.

After having DS2, I rewarded myself with $20 for every pound lost. I put the cash envelope on the fridge as motivation. Then I took the money and bought some new clothes. You can make it more or less, depending on your budget and how much weight you have to lose.
I have 10-12 more lbs to lose and am planning to buy a pink/magenta Kendra Scott necklace when I reach my goal. I'm hoping to reach my goal by our summer vacation (end of June).
I reward myself in 3 different categories. 1st, pounds lost. For every 10 pounds, I get something special. For example, I just lost 10, so I'm getting the mint green Anthro watch. 20 pounds is a new pair of sunglasses. Next category is inches lost. For every 2 inches off of my waist (I measure every 2 weeks), I do some sort of spa treatment, like a mani/pedi, massage, etc. And finally, number of workouts. For every 25 workouts I do, I get something fitness related. My first one coming up is a new pair of pink and orange running shoes.
This is going to sound cheesy as hell, but I'm trying not to use tangible items as rewards. I really want my weight loss to equal a lifestyle change. I'm afraid that once I give myself rewards, I will lose interest. I will definitely buy new clothes when that time comes though!
