I'm on the hunt for one...my body needs one with all the miles I'm attempting to cover. I've asked around but haven't gotten a recommendation for a therapist near my work.
Any recommendations on how to find a good one that works for your + your sport?
And, any Coloradoan ladies with recommendations in the Fort Collins area?!
I used to see a sports med doc inside the building by McDonalds on 29th street in Loveland. This was like one meeeeellion years ago, though, so who knows if they are even still there. But their logo was a soccer ball, and the care I received was good.
Are you looking for someone to help you with a specific ailment or just to help you with performance?

Nothing specific, I'd just like a little love and probably painful body massage to catch any issues before they blow up. Not something I'm usually too conscious of but with weekly mileage pushing 80-100 miles I'm a little worried.
Also--this place has AWESOME massage therapists--again. They are in Lafayette but worth the trip. They do 1 time massages but also do packages that are pretty cost effective.
When I was in CO and at 85 mpw they were my savior.

That could work! Lafayette could be on my way home! Thank you!
I've seen physical therapists (covered by health insurance for X visits when rehabbing an injury), a non-surgical sports med doctor, and massage therapists (LMTs) who work with athletes, but never anyone who called themselves a sports therapist.
