Since she started eating table food at daycare two weeks ago, she is not interested in nursing and drinks 12 oz at daycare. I missed a few pumps at work and I can tell my supply has really gone done. She is 10 months. I have 300-400 oz frozen. Do I continue to pump what I can and pull the frozen stuff until I run out or be more aggressive with trying fenugreek (have some), more water, and making sure I keep to a pumping schedule? Is there any hope to bring it back this late? I really hate pumping now, but feel compelled to make it to a year.
We ran into a similar issue around that time. So we just nursed when I was home and I stopped pumping. Now that she's 11.5 months she's self weaned to just nursing before bed and even that's on it's way out. She will get BM until she's one though.
If I were you, I wouldn't kill myself to increase supply. I'd probably pump once a day at work for another month maybe, and nurse am and pm. But I despise pumping.
It's up to you. You're far enough along that if you nurse when together (morning/night, after work) your supply will probably keep up at that level indefinitely. I never pumped when I went back to work at a year, but we're still nursing when together.

I would try to Moderately continue pumping. Drink some Gatorade and eat healthy meals. Your supply can rebound. Give it two weeks and if it continues to tank, call it a day and be done. By then you should have more than enough to get to a year.
