1210 sounds really low for calories before exercising to me. You can change your goal for your calories under My Home > Goals > Change Goals at the bottom of the page. I would up your calories maybe to the 2500 for a few weeks then adjust. I adjusted mine to 1500 vs. 1600 they gave me as I was consistently gain a bit each week even though I entered into maintain.
ETA: About the no weight loss, you may not be eating enough to lose weight.
That is pretty similar to what it gave me - 1200 before exercising - when I put in that my goal was to lose 1 lb/week. That is a 500 kcal deficit every day. What did you enter as your goal? Maybe try entering a less aggressive goal that will give you a higher daily max?

If you find that you're hungrier some days than others, I wouldn't worry about your daily totals. Focus on how it averages out over an entire week. There are some days when I'm under by 300 and others where I'm over by 500.
How much does MFP say you should eat if you're maintaining instead of trying to lose?
I don't agree with their calorie allotments. I work retail and am constantly walking and lifting. They give me 1300 calories per day.I don't much stock in it, I mostly just use it to keep myself accountable by logging my food. It just makes me more aware of what goes down the hatch.
Are you wearing a heart rate monitor when you work out? MFP overestimated my calories by about 20% when I used their numbers for exercise. It was a sad day when I figured it out, but has helped me actually drop a few pounds.
