Trifexis?

Idk how active this board is, but we found fleas on our 5pound chihuahua today. Immediately called the vet and  went to pick up trifexis before they closed for the day. Before we give it to him, I was looking online and there is some pretty scary stuff out there about this med, any discussion here? Idk what to do.

I don't and won't use it. We use Comfortis for monthly flea control. You can also use Capstar, it kills fleas within 24 hours. Its not a monthly pill, more of a one time use pill.
